Flaretech Mechanical Keyboard DIY Kit
The CIDOO F702 Keyboard DIY Kit makes use of Flaretech switch technology. This technology was designed specifically to help gamers get more accurate controls and quicker feedback. Because of this, Flaretech won the 2016 IF Industrial Design Award.
The fastest switch
The Flaretech Switch is an optical switch that provides analog input, making it faster than mechanical switches. It requires less driving force and has shorter key paths, allowing you to get the results you want quickly and easily.
Easy to use and Long Life
The switch doesn't need to be soldered onto the PCB - it's modular, so it can be changed easily and quickly, without affecting its performance. This modularity also helps to extend its service life and make it waterproof (IPX3 level). Moreover, Flaretech switches are able to withstand up to 100 million keystrokes.
Multiple Switch Options
Flaretech switches offer three options to replicate the tactile and auditory feedback of Cherry switches with the same color. This provides you with incredibly responsive switches that feel familiar.

Magnificent LED Lightning
The switch uses a Surface Mount Technology LED, so it is installed on the Printed Circuit Board and not on the switch itself. The LED does not go through the center of the switch but instead, it is routed through a light tunnel on top of the switch. The LED is quite small, however, the brightness it produces is impressive.
